Most people who want a fast, structured reset start with the 3-month Intensive. If your goal is a deeper shift — body recomposition, stubborn markers, long-term lifestyle change — the 6-month Extended programme is a better fit. We’ll talk through this on the consultation call before you commit to either.
You leave with a method you understand, and I stay reachable for questions — free of charge. Most clients drop in once or twice a year for a check-in, but the framework is yours to run.
