Before you book a call.

Is this online only, or in-person?

Fully online. Plans are delivered through a coaching app, calls happen on video, and I’m on WhatsApp for questions and form checks. Clients are across India and abroad.

Do I need to share blood reports?

Yes — blood work is part of the assessment and part of how we measure progress. If you haven’t had a recent panel done, I’ll tell you exactly what to get and why.

What if my schedule is unpredictable — late nights, travel, odd hours?

That’s most of my clients. The plan is built around your real life. We adapt sessions for hotel gyms, travel weeks, short windows, whatever’s real — not a textbook schedule.

I'm vegetarian. Can you build nutrition around that?

Yes — vegetarian, lacto-vegetarian, Jain, occasional non-veg, religious fasting, anything. Nutrition is built around what you actually eat, not what a template assumes.

Which programme should I pick — 3 months or 6 months?

Most people who want a fast, structured reset start with the 3-month Intensive. If your goal is a deeper shift — body recomposition, stubborn markers, long-term lifestyle change — the 6-month Extended programme is a better fit. We’ll talk through this on the consultation call before you commit to either.

What happens after the programme ends?

You leave with a method you understand, and I stay reachable for questions — free of charge. Most clients drop in once or twice a year for a check-in, but the framework is yours to run.
